Dr. Shannon Vail is a Baltimore native who excelled in both academics and athletics, graduating from the University of Notre Dame in 2009 as a Division I First Team All-American in lacrosse before earning her D.D.S. from the University of Maryland School of Dentistry in 2018. Following a residency at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center, she dedicated several years to serving in the U.S. Navy, where she provided extensive dental care to over 30,000 patients and completed her service as the sole dentist aboard an amphibious ship. Dr. Vail now lives in Timonium with her husband, RT, and their three young children, Burke, Emery, and Callan, where the family enjoys spending time outdoors and participating in local community events.
